• Academic tutors: who provide academic support; primarily staffed by professional school teachers.
• Mentors: who provide support in non-academic areas of the student's life, such as vision development and spiritual growth.
• Oversight Coordinators: they provide administrative support and assist the Synergies staff with logistics and communication needs. 
• School Partners: manage the communication between SFS staff, parents and school administrators (including principals, teachers, guidance counselors, etc.).
• Parent Coordinators: Will work with parents on parenting issues; for example, time management and communication skills.
